snow, snow, go away...

Yep, it is actually snowing this morning.
I am sitting here looking out the window at flurries in the air and the slightest white dusting on the roof of the house across the street.

Yesterday? Beautiful day... got up to 76 degrees. I was driving home from the store last night at 8:30 with my sunroof wide open and it felt like summer.
Overnight? Low of 36. That's a forty degree difference in 12 hours, folks.
Today? Rain and snow showers with a high of 35 (yes, that's lower than yesterday's low!). The forecast says maybe two inches of accumulation tonight.
So much for spring.

I was reading the blog of a lady who lives here in Michigan, and while she likes to complain about the weather here a little more than I care for, she did write something yesterday that I thought explained Michigan perfectly. She pointed out that
" ...the mitten state basically has two seasons - winter and summer. Our spring and fall are a schizophrenic combination of the two... One day we could have beautiful 84° weather, and the next day it will be 38° and snowy."

Schizophrenic combination... LOL!
That about sums it up.

Well if it makes you feel any better our low for Sun.& Mon. nites were lower than yours.(upper 20's low 30's) And of course NO snow. So if it has to be cold in MI at least it's worth the white stuff. But hey,you ARE the one who said you loved snow.I guess you've had your fill?
